There is a brand consistency across different languages and cultures. The layout, font, and use of bold unexpected, engaging photography are consistent. Even the waved bottom border of the photographs are used across int'l markets. The photos and taglines are different for the different cultures they advertise to, but both tie into the Adobe brand.
